Filtertech is Wire Drawing

For copper, aluminum, brass, and steel wire drawing and annealer systems, Filtertech offers complete fully engineered filtration systems. These systems can be designed to upgrade or replace existing filtration systems or as pre-engineered filtration systems to support all OEM foreign and domestic wire drawing equipment. Typical systems include filter, reservoir tank, pumps, heat exchanger, level control, temperature control and electrical control panel.

For copper, aluminum, brass, and steel rolling operations, as well as temper mills, Filtertech offers complete fully engineered filtration systems. These systems can be designed to upgrade or replace existing filtration systems or pre-engineered filtration systems to match mill system specifications. Typical systems include filters, magnetic separators, reservoir tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, valve stands, level control, tramp oil removal, temperature control and electrical control panel.

Process and Waste Water Systems

Filtertech is Water Filtration

Most process water applications result in dirty water with dissolved solids that can only be removed by clay chemistry. For the filtering of process water, Filtertech has developed a proprietary dry clay separation chemistry and automatic process water filtration system that creates a floc from the the sub-micronic particles in the water so this material can be removed by a rolled media filter. Once the floc is filtered, the clean water can be recycled and the dry floc solids are discharged to a container for disposal.
