Many industrial processes generate aqueous based waste streams which require either on-site treatment or off-site disposal. These waste streams quite often are comprised of mostly water and treatment is charged by the gallon for disposal. In addition to this inherent cost, there is ever increasing pressure to reduce the amount of waste generated, disposed of off-site, or discharged to drain.

Model TEB Evaporator

The Thermal Emulsion Breaker model TEB Evaporator is a cost effective solution. Evaporation is the simplest and most efficient concept for concentrating aqueous wastes with waste concentrations of 90-95%. High cost of waste disposal means a straight forward justification for the TEB evaporator and fast pay back in investment.
